The Mission

Our goal is to use battery-swap drones to swap the depleted battery of a cargo drone mid-flight, enabling the cargo drone to fly endlessly! The reason why we say this technology is revolutionizing, is because no one has ever done this to date. We have a whole team of passionate student engineers working on the software, design, avionics, and manufacturing of this project.

The Challenge 

We want to address the limitation of drone range by developing a mechanism that would allow the battery of the drone to be swapped mid-flight.
